About Gomez & Gomez
The Gomez and Gomez Dual Language Enrichment Model was developed by Dr. Richard Gómez and Dr. Leo Gómez in 1995. The Gómez brothers are retired professors in Bilingual Education. Their published research focused on implementing effective language and academic strategies in two languages. They have spent over 25 years, constantly evaluating and perfecting their dual language education model which is now implemented in over 900 schools across the country.
In 2015, Dr. Richard Gómez founded G&G Dual Language Consultants, LLC and along with select experts in bilingual education continues to offer trainings and services to implement the Gomez and Gomez DLE Model effectively. G&G Dual Language Consultants is committed to helping school districts interested in educating their students in one-way or two-way dual language programs to create the best possible learning environment to ensure their students' academic and linguistic success. Furthermore, Dr. Gómez has trained thousands of general education teachers in educational Best Practices resulting in high academic achievement for both English Learners (ELs) and non-ELs.
Today, the innovation continues as we move forward launching dual language education into homes across the globe!

About Me
Howdy! My name is Mrs. Jennifer Carver and I am so excited to be your child’s Dual Language Homeschool teacher! A little about myself: I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and moved to Texas when I was about 5 years old. I was immersed into the English language and culture in kindergarten. I love being a second language learner because it has helped me understand how my students learn best. I am able to differentiate lessons and implement effective teaching strategies to help my students be successful. This will be my 6th year teaching. I’ve been married for almost 12 years and together we have 2 amazing kids. Lastly, I have 2 silly dogs which will be surprise guests in my lessons soon! When I am not working, I LOVE spending time with my family and cooking! I look forward to this new adventure with you and your child.
